Keyword exports are always messy: the same term three times in different cases, one-word generics mixed with gold, and phrases you would never target. The Keyword List Cleaner tidies a raw list in one pass so you can start planning instead of spreadsheet wrestling.

Paste your keywords one per line, then set optional rules: a minimum and maximum word count, and a term to exclude (a brand name, "cheap", a location, anything off-strategy). Duplicates are removed case-insensitively, keeping the first version of each keyword.

What it does for you

• Removes duplicates: "Best Coffee Beans" and "best coffee beans" count as one, so volumes and effort are never double-counted.
• Filters by length: drop vague one-word terms or unwieldy long phrases with the word count limits.
• Excludes off-limits terms: strip competitor brands, adult or irrelevant words, and anything you never want to rank for.
• Reports everything: you see exactly how many came in, how many were duplicates, how many were filtered, and the final count.
